Should I still come down with something, then I'll deal with it. With respect to my girlfriend, we can't have a discussion about immunization even though she works in health care. I know that schools in my area will send a student home if they aren't immunized. So she will in the future have to contend with the school board. My travel Dr did mention how measles and pertussis are on the rise again. Even polio has been found in people without symptoms in Isreal. Those childhood vaccines are not showing lifelong effectiveness like they thought. So for me, because I am going to be entering an area with recent outbreaks, I got my MMR and DPT again.MWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13421430633168170078noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2541846551315802129.post-60776839578621995382013-12-29T06:09:27.949-05:002013-12-29T06:09:27.949-05:00I think you do the right thing, You are intereste...I think you do the right thing, You are interested to see the world and you mitigate the risk as much as possible. I don't mind travelers not immunizing, its their choice but i am less comfortable with stopping children from being immunised. Bordering on child abuse and a lot of the 'old' diseases are coming back because they think they know more than they do. Sorry, i will jump off my high horse. You will have an amazing time xxLizzie@her MFW Homeworldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13181986371554435192noreply@blogger.com
